We’re seeking a Software Development Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams, guide technical strategy, and drive R&D innovation in AI, automation, and scalable platform architecture. This role is critical to delivering our roadmap and includes long-term leadership and partnership potential for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee software development across multiple product teams (Zinga, Alby, Goldroom).
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
Lead and manage teams of full-stack developers, DevOps engineers, QA testers, and UI/UX specialists.
Own the R&D pipeline for AI tools and integrations, including agentic AI and data-driven features.
Collaborate closely with the CTO, CPO, and COO on platform vision and innovation
Implement best practices in agile, CI/CD, testing, and DevSecOps.
Manage system security, compliance, and performance for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Partner with external vendors, advisors, and research institutions to enhance R&D outcomes.
Monitor team productivity, code quality, and deliverables across cycles.
Mentor and grow engineering talent with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
Prepare technical documentation, infrastructure plans, and API frameworks for scalability.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
At least 3 years in a technical leadership or software management position.
Strong expertise in modern frameworks and languages: React, Vue, Node.js, Python, Django, Laravel.
Experience in AI integration, automation tools, or machine learning frameworks.
Proficiency with containerization, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), GitHub workflows, and DevOps tooling.
Background in agile delivery, product iteration, and technical documentation.
Strong understanding of system architecture, API security, and data governance.
Excellent team leadership, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder coordination.
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is highly regarded.
