Role Purpose
The Business Support Coordinator is a dynamic, cross-functional role designed to ensure the operational efficiency of our core departments. This individual will provide critical administrative, logistical, and coordination support to the Human Resources (HR), Sales, and Business Development (BD) teams. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy multi-tasker who thrives in a high-tech, fast-paced environment and can seamlessly transition between supporting employee needs and driving business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Support
- Recruitment Coordination: Assist in job postings, scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, and managing candidate communications in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Employee Records: Maintain digital employee files, ensuring all compliance documentation (IDs, contracts, tax forms) is up to date.
- Engagement: Support the HR Manager in required tasks for recruitment, organizing remote team-building events and maintaining the internal communication hub (Odoo).
- Sales & Business Development Support
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the Sales CRM database, ensuring lead information is accurate and tasks are assigned to the correct BD representatives.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing sales presentations, business proposals, and service agreements (NDA/MOU) in English and Thai.
- Market Research: Conduct basic research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activity to support BD outreach.
- Lead Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- General Operations & Business Support
- Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in departmental workflows and suggest automation or software tools (AI/SaaS) to improve efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors (IT providers, local legal counsel, benefit providers) as needed.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support the Executive team with specialized reports, data entry, or logistical planning for cross-departmental initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field is highly regarded.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably within a tech or professional services environment.
- Language: High proficiency in English and Thai (written and verbal). Ability to draft professional emails and basic reports in both languages.
- Tech Literacy: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Task Management Platforms and experience using collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Trello/Asana.
Preferred:
- AI Tools: Familiarity with Generative AI (ChatGPT, Gemini) for content drafting and data organization.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of fintech, digital payments, or recruitment workflows.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to manage time effectively while working in a decentralized or remote setting.
