Salary negotiable within the Federal Award with a range of $60,000 – 80,000 plus superannuation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure the preparation of dishes is of a high standard and aligns with Aspire Hospitality Group’ creative flair.  
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, following health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially during busy periods like live music nights.  
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a cook. 
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and hygiene practices.  
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods.  
  • Passion for food, creativity in cooking, and a keen eye for detail.  
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.  
  • Available to work a rotating roster including weekends.
