We are looking for a new Front of House team member to join the company!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude that reflects company values and standards.
  • Manage booking systems, phone orders and process orders using POS.
  • Assist with table settings, customer seating and overall dining flow.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum one year experience in a front of house role.
  • Sound knowledge of POS and table booking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster including weekends and weekdays.
  • A police clearance is required.
