Front of House Supervisor

We are currently accepting applications for Front of House Supervisors for our clients across Margaret River, Esperance, Kalgoorlie.

Responsibilities of the role include:
  • Running day-to-day busy shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of our clients establishment.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager and Procurement team with stock management, including receiving stock.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, managing complaints and feedback with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Leading, motivating and training new and current staff.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • A current RSA – This is a must!
  • Approved Manager Certificate & Card – This is a must!
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a FOH Supervisor
  • Strong beverage knowledge and a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to make good coffees,
  • Knowledge of POS Systems and Reservation platforms.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Availability on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and evenings. – This is a MUST!
