We are currently looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join the team on a casual basis with the opportunity to progress to a more permanent position.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Assisting in running day-to-day busy shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment
Assisting the FOH Manager and Procurement team with stock management, including receiving stock.
Providing exceptional customer service, managing complaints and feedback with a focus on customer satisfaction
Leading, motivating and assisting the Front of House Manager with training new and current staff.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Our ideal candidate will have:

A current RSA – This is a must!
Approved Manager Certificate & Card – This is a must!
A minimum of 12 months experience as a FOH Supervisor OR a minimum of 2 years as a Front of House team member who is ready to take the next step in their career
Strong beverage knowledge and a passion for hospitality
Ability to make really good coffees
Knowledge of POS Systems and Now Book It.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Availability on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and evenings. – This is a MUST!
